And so we are who we are, after all, we cannot unlearn what we know, we react the way we react because this is who we are….there are all of this triggers that inevitably make us go one, two and a million times on the same direction, with the same reaction.

And so after all the efforts, all the acknowledge that comes after one points out our short comings, we are still in that same corner, like when we were little and we would run to hide in our favorite hide out place because that would somehow made us feel safe.

Kindness is the one thing humans lack to understand better.

If only we were able to realize that nothing takes you farther than giving.
